Hi, I’m Taylor Rouse, the face behind Wisteria Beauty! I’m a 20 year old licensed esthetician with a deep love for skincare, self-care, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. My journey into esthetics started because I know how overwhelming it can be to find something to help make you feel a little more like YOU! I wanted to create a space where people feel comfortable, heard, and truly cared for. Whether it’s a relaxing facial or a waxing service, I’m here to make your experience as enjoyable, relaxing and fun as possible. Outside of the spa, I work with elementary aged kids at a before/after care program. When I’m not working, you can probably find me watching the One Chicago shows with my dad, singing along to Taylor Swift, or spending time with my sweet bunny at home. I can’t wait to welcome you into my suite and help you feel your best!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Policy I understand that circumstances can change, and I’m committed to accommodating your needs. At the same time, I ask that you please respect my time as I do yours. To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain my schedule, I’ve implemented the following policies: Cancellation Notice: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Late Cancellations: Any appointment canceled after the 24-hour window will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment cost. Example: If your appointment is at 2:00 PM on Tuesday and you cancel at 2:01 PM on Monday or later, you will be charged the 50% cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. • If you’re more than 15 minutes late, but have communicated with me, your appointment will need to be canceled and you will be charged a 50% fee. • If you’re more than 15 minutes late and I have not heard from you at all, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
