Hi, I’m Taylor Rouse, the face behind Wisteria Beauty! I’m a 20 year old licensed esthetician with a deep love for skincare, self-care, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. My journey into esthetics started because I know how overwhelming it can be to find something to help make you feel a little more like YOU! I wanted to create a space where people feel comfortable, heard, and truly cared for. Whether it’s a relaxing facial or a waxing service, I’m here to make your experience as enjoyable, relaxing and fun as possible. Outside of the spa, I work with elementary aged kids at a before/after care program. When I’m not working, you can probably find me watching the One Chicago shows with my dad, singing along to Taylor Swift, or spending time with my sweet bunny at home. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Late Cancellations or Reschedules: Any appointment canceled or rescheduled after the 24-hour window will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment cost. Example: If your appointment is at 2:00 PM on Tuesday and you cancel or reschedule at 2:01 PM on Monday or later, you will be charged the 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late fee will apply. I will attempt to charge the card on file once for that fee. If the charge fails and you don’t respond to my messages about how you’d like to pay, your online booking access will be suspended. To make future appointments while the fee is unresolved, please message me directly so we can sort payment and get you back on the schedule. No-Shows If you do not show up to your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. If the card on file cannot be charged and no communication is given, your online booking access will be suspended and you will need to message me directly to book future appointments. Late Arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be canceled and you will be charged a 50% fee. I understand that circumstances can change, and I’m committed to accommodating your needs. At the same time, I ask that you please respect my time as I do yours.
