Hi, I’m Taylor Rouse, the face behind Wisteria Beauty! I’m a 20 year old licensed esthetician with a deep love for skincare, self-care, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. My journey into esthetics started because I know how overwhelming it can be to find something to help make you feel a little more like YOU! I wanted to create a space where people feel comfortable, heard, and truly cared for. Whether it’s a relaxing facial or a waxing service, I’m here to make your experience as enjoyable, relaxing and fun as possible. Outside of the spa, I work with elementary aged kids at a before/after care program. When I’m not working, you can probably find me watching the One Chicago shows with my dad, singing along to Taylor Swift, or spending time with my sweet bunny at home. Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. Because I am a solo esthetician and appointments are limited, the following policies are in place to protect my time and ensure fairness to all clients.
Cancellations & Reschedules:
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
No-Shows:
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
If the card on file cannot be charged for any late cancellation or no-show fee and I do not receive communication, online booking access will be suspended until the balance is resolved.
Late Arrivals:
There is a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will need to be canceled and a 50% fee will apply.
Deposits:
A 20% deposit is required for all services booked online. Clients with a history of cancellations may also be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if you need to reschedule within the required notice period. After that, a new deposit will be required.
New Client Booking Policy:
If a new client books three appointments and cancels them without ever coming in, their online booking privileges will be restricted. They will only be able to request same day appointments posted to social media and must pay a 50% deposit to secure the appointment.
